Hi! I am conducting a thesis research on Urban Planning and Emergency Medical Services in Bacolod City, Kabankalan City, and Municipality of Hinigaran in Negros Occidental.

With this, I would like to inquire about the possibility of acquiring a copy of the budget allocated for DPWH and DRRM for the three said areas from the years 2005 to 2016.
