Good Day, 
I would like to seek clarification /additional information regarding AO 43 Hazard Pay which amended AO 26 . 
Does AO 43 allows Government agency to pay employees who physically reported to work during the declared MECQ from April 12 2021 to May 14 2021. I could not find any IRR regarding the said order.

Dear Rendell Sopena,

This refers to your inquiry  regarding  Administrative Order (AO) No. 43.

May we note that AO No. 43 was issued  to amend particular provisions of AO No. 26.

Among others, AO No. 43 explicitly provides that government agencies may grant the COVID-19 Hazard Pay to their qualified personnel during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified ECQ periods.

You may wish to visit the DBM website www. dbm.gov.ph as it has a posting on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the grant of the COVID-19 Hazard Pay during the ECQ.
