17 May 2023 Dear Mr. Dellosa: Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). Thank you for your request dated 17 May 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. In your request, you asked for the composition of Committee on Anti-Red Tape Authority (CART) from the Department of Budget and Management. Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide the requested information.
