Good day! May I request for a copy of the DBM Budget Execution Guidelines No. 2004-01 dated January 8, 2004. I have looked into the website of DBM but was not able to locate such file. I am hoping that the said document is available at your end. Thank you so much!

We were able to determine that this particular information is not available with the DBM website and is intended for internal reference only. Nonetheless, attached herewith is the pdf file of the National Budget Circular No. 492, s. 2004 dated March 8, 2004 entitled Guidelines on the Release of Funds for FY 2004.
