Good day, Ma'am/Sir!

I would like to request a copy of DBM Circular Letter No. 10-98 or 1998-10 dated March 23, 1998. I'm not completely sure of the correct number.

This pertains to registration fees by government officials in relation to NBC No. 442 dated March 29, 1995 and NBC No. 486 dated March 26, 2003. I already went to the DBM Website but it only has until year 2008 as the earliest available.

I hope for a favorable consideration on this request as it will be very useful for office use.
