I refer to my letter of Nov 03, 2018 12:45:27 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Alternative Livelihood Programs for Tobacco Farmers.
Our response to your request is due on Nov 23, 2018 12:45:27 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because we will have to coordinate with our Regional Offices who released the funds under LBM 69, 71, 72 and 73.
