we would like to seek guidance on how we can acquire a scanned, signed copy of the DBM-approved Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern (OSSP) of People's Television Network Inc. (PTNI) before they were reorganized by the GCG in 2015.

We are currently doing a retitling of all the positions of PTNI and we would like to use as a reference the OSSP that was approved by the DBM and was used by PTNI until 2015. PTNI could not provide us with a copy of said document and we are hoping that we can get it from the DBM officially even via email.
