Dear Mona Visperas,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 13, 2020 04:27:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Pursuant to Section 7 of NDRRMC-DBM-DILG Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, the LGUs shall submit monthly and annual report on the utilization of the LDRRM funds to the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (LDRRMC) thru the Regional Office of Civil Defense (OCD) copy furnished the Department of Budget and Management and Department of Interior and Local Government. However, based on our records, there were no reports on the utilization of the LDRRM funds received from San Miguel, Bulacan. Hence, we cannot give you a copy of the said reports. We suggest that you coordinate directly with the Municipal Government of San Miguel, Bulacan or to the OCD.
