This is to formally request a copy of National Compensation Circular No. 75 dated 1 March 1995 for reference purposes.

I already checked the DBM's website, however, the said circular was not uploaded/available to be downloaded.

Dear Ezekiel Turgo,

This pertains to your request for a copy of National Compensation Circular (NCC) No. 75.

May we note that said NCC No. 75 prescribed the guidelines for the grant of honoraria to government personnel.

May we further note that NCC No. 75 has already been repealed by Budget Circular No. 2007-2.

For your perusal, attached is a copy of NCC No. 75, as well as BC No. 2007-2.
