Hi Ma'am/Sir,

Good Evening!

I would like to seek for your kind assistance if you could help me through cash assistance on any amount heartily given. 

I was a Covid-19 Positive patient from the period of August 16, 2021 - September 1, 2021. Eventhough I had surpassed the desease, financially I had struggle since I am the breadwinner of my family. 

I had no father already who pass last 2018 due to liver cancer, my mother and sister had Diabetes and are already maintaining medicines and suppliments for it. I also have a highschool sibling that needs my support.

Please be informed that the Department of Budget and Management does not have any program for financial assistance to individuals who suffered from COVID-19. Your request may be best directed to the Department of Social Work and Development.
