Thank you for your request dated April 06, 2020 5:53 PM  for some budgetary  and expenditures data of Barangay Maligaya, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. Your request is anchored under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information (FOI)  in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), Budget Allocation, and Expenditure Report of said Barangay for FYs 2007 to 2019.


Our response 

On IRA

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. However, the DBM website link for this information is currently being revamped. You may retrieve your requested information from this link https://reports.dbm.gov.ph/ira2.0.

On Budget Allocation and Expenditure Report

We regret that we cannot provide you with the information being requested inasmuch as we do not have a copy of Barangay Budgets and their Report of Expenditures. Barangays are not required to submit same to us. We suggest that you directly coordinate with the aforesaid Barangay or with the municipal government of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur for subject information.
