Thank you for your request dated 19 October 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that starting in the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the nomenclature in lieu of the term “Internal Revenue Allotment” (IRA) shall be “National Tax Allotment” (NTA) consistent with the SC Decision on the Mandanas-Garcia Case.
