Dear Rommel Macayan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated August 23, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch requesting an update in the issuance of NOSCA on your approved Master Teacher I. 

Please be informed that we have already referred your concern to the DepEd-Division of Olongapo City for their comment and/or appropriate action in our two (2) separate letters dated March 3 and July 31, 2023. 

In the recent communication sent by DepEd-Division of Olongapo City to our Office last August 18, 2023 (copy attached), the Division of Olongapo City endorsed/returned to the Principal of Gordon Heights National High School your request for an update in the issuance of your NOSCA with the information that such action is subject to availability of funds. 

In addition, this Office has not received any other request for issuance of NOSCA from DepEd-Regional Office III except those previously requested ERF/MT/Reclass approved by DepEd Regional Office III as of April, 2022.

We suggest that you coordinate with Gordon Heights National High School for further clarification/information.
