May i request for copies of Local Budget Circulars including its Annexes prescribing the rules and regulations on the implementation of Salary Schedules in the local government in view of the following issuances:
a. Executive Order No. 389, series of 1996;
b. Executive Order No. 219, series of 2000;
c. Executive Order No. 22, series of 2001;
d. Executive Order No. 611, series of 2007; and
e. Executive Order No. 719, series of 2008.
