We would like to request the NBC 461 instrument that will be used in the 2016-2019 cycle 8 position and reclassification of faculty in the SUCs.

Thank you for your request dated Apr 25, 2022 08:15:04 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for a copy of the National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461 instrument that will be used in the 8th Cycle evaluation of faculty ranks in state universities and colleges (SUCS).

We would like to inform that the guidelines for the 8th Cycle Evaluation of faculty ranks under NBC No. 461 are still being developed.  May we advise you to periodically check the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph for any updates in this regard.
