We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.dbm.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/Issuances/2016/Local%20Budget%20Circular/LBC-112-BOM-inside%20pages-correct%20paging-FINAL.pdf for the BOM 2016 Edition. We are still currently finalizing the revised version and once available, it will be uploaded in the DBM website.
