Greetings!

I am Gea Ann Marie Adlag, a journalism student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I am writing you this letter to request for:

1. The record of fund allocation for the maintenance of PLHIV

The said document is vital for the completion of one of our requirements in our Investigative Journalism course. I, with my group, plan to write about the current status of PLHIV during pandemic and we believe that the said document will be very beneficial and would provide us essential information.
