Hi! I am Dianna Lois Tugas, one of the DOST-SEI JLSS scholar-graduates (2018) under RA 10612. 

I would like to request for information regarding the release of NOSCA for our deployment this 2020 as our return of service.

This refers to your request for an update on the creation of teaching positions for DOST-SEI scholars.

The DBM has yet to formally receive the request from the Department of Education (DepEd).  Should you have further concerns on the matter, we suggest that you coordinate directly with the Division concerned in DepEd.
