Thank you for your request dated 18 November 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have received your request for information regarding the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) of Barangays in Bayang, Lanao Del Sur, on 19 November 2023.

Please be informed that starting in the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the nomenclature in lieu of the term “Internal Revenue Allotment” (IRA) shall be “National Tax Allotment” (NTA) consistent with the Supreme Court Decision on the Mandanas - Garcia Case.
