Please be informed that the latest copy of the BOMB issued in 2018 was authored by Atty. Julian LL. Pacificador, Jr., former DBM Regional Director.  If you need a printed copy of the Manual, please contact us at telephone number 8657-3300 local 8011.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman at http://www.dbm.gov.ph.
