Dear Roden Joseph Reyes,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 27, 2020 08:24:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You are asking for your NOSCA to upgrade your position.

We regret to inform you that the upgrading of your position is not included in the FY 2020 Lists of Approved ERFs submitted by DepEd ROIII. This Office already issued NOSCAs for batch 1 to batch 3, while batch 4 was already returned to DepEd ROIII as the lump-sum appropriation for the implementation of approved ERFs/MTs/upgrading of positions is already exhausted. 

The request of upgrading of positions/staffing modification may be submitted next year chargeable against the FY 2021 appropriation.
