We are in need of quarterly figures in Excel or PDF file format, for a ten-year period covering Q1 2008 to Q2 2018 of the data on:
a) NG Obligations and Disbursements with particulars/ expenditure item breakdown analogous to the contents of the Statement of Allotment, Obligation and Balances (SAOB) posted on the Department's website (dbm.gov.ph/index.php/programs-projects/statement-of-allotment-obligation-and-balances).
In the event that quarterly data for the period of 2008 to 2010 may not be available, annual figures would suffice.

Please note that the following are the only available information relative to your request:
1. From the DBM website, in PDF format:
a. Quarterly report on the Statement of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations and Balances for the years 2011-2015; and
b. Quarterly report on Statement of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements and Balances for the years 2016 to present.

2. Annual obligation, by national government agency with particular expenditure item, can be found in the DBM publication, i.e., Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing (BESF), which can be accessed in the DBM website under this link:

In getting the actual obligations for a certain year, please be guided of the corresponding BESF where you can find the data, to wit:
