The barangay has been under the administration of one family for more than 10 years. This request is concerted to the goal of transparency and accountability - basic tenets of any democracy. I would like to request:

A. Budget from 2006 to present
B. Projects/programs/initiatives started/ongoing/finished under Brgy. Captains Totong Manosca & Mafe Manosca, with details including budget, contractor, timelines, location
C. Recurring barangay costs (e.g., those that entail maintainance as public announcement system)

Your Request

You asked for various details regarding the Barangay Budget for Ligid-Tipas (District I - Taguig) and how it was spent.

Response to Request

We wish to respectfully inform you that the said data is currently not available to DBM. The DBM only reviews the Annual Budget of the Provinces and Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs). Barangays under Municipalities submit their Annual Budget with their respective Sanggunian Panglungsod are the ones who review and approve their budgets.
