Hi,  i would like to request if there is an Administrative Order/Memorandum Circular from DOH or DBM that the Creation or Entry level for Midwife position is MIDWIFE 2 or any MC of AO that says MIDWIFE 2 is the entry level or creating a plantilla for midwife for LGUs.

Dear Gino Diestro,

This refers to your request for information on any  Administrative Orders issued by either the Department of Budget and Management or the Department of Health prescribing that Midwife II is the entry level plantilla position to be created by local government units (LGUs).

May we highlight that as self-reliant and self-sufficient entities, the capability of LGUs to pay their obligations and operating requirements, which include salaries and wages, is limited by their available funds and income.
