Hi may i know if there is a specific guidelines for the release of RICE ALLOWANCE in LGUs as per administrative order of President Ferdinand Marcos as of December 2022..

It has long been due and the local finance committee at the LGU kept saying that there is no issued guidelines yet for the purpose if asked...

Does a guideline warrant its release?

You asked for Grant of rice allowance.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that we are still awaiting the implementing guidelines for the grant of rice allowance to be issued by the Department of Agriculture, and any fund release shall be governed by a implementing guideline.

Your right to request a review
