Hello! I would like to request for information concerning the funding scheme/system being applied to SUCs in the country. For instance, are they required to submit outputs before granted budget approval, if yes, how are those factors affecting the amount to be given.

In addition to my request for 5 years allocation among SUCs, May I also request for materials/documents (circulars, policies) on funding mechanisms applied to SUCs.
