Hi! I would like to request for the breakdown of budget estimate for the creation of the Department of Disaster Resilience. In 2020, Sen. Lacson cited the DBM in saying that at least 1.5 billion is needed to create the DDR (https://pinglacson.net/article/on-calls-to-create-a-department-of-disaster-resilience). I would appreciate it if I can get the breakdown of said figure.
