1. How much is the share of every province in Tobacco Excise Tax or (R.A 7171)
2. is this yearly given to every province? 
3. How should it be spend?

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the National Tobacco Administration website: http://www.nta.da.gov.ph/laws_ra7171.html. The said law contains the uses for the fund and the procedure how to avail this.
