I checked this breakdown of NGA expenditures by agency and by object and found total expenditures (actual, program, and proposed) classified as Financial Assistance/Subsidy: https://www.dbm.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/BESF/BESF2020/B1.pdf
May I request a breakdown of those budgets in terms of specific programs/project? I was hoping to use this data for the benefit incidence analysis I am conducting.

We apologize for the late response to your request/
Please note that the consolidated breakdown of programs corresponding to financial subsidy by object for the years 2018-2020 is not available in our System. The information for these years can be found in the General Appropriations Act, which is available on the DBM website, however, on a by department/agency level only and not as consolidated.
The information on the consolidated breakdown of programs for financial subsidy by object are available in our System for the years 2021 and onwards only.
