Dear Mr. Aguilar, 
This refers to your request for an update on the creation of teaching positions for DOST-SEI scholars, and the subsequent issuance of this Department of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA).
We wish to inform you that the DBM has yet to formally receive the request of the Department of Education (DepEd) for the creation of teaching positions for DOST-SEI scholars.  Should you have further concerns on the matter, we suggest that you coordinate directly with the Division concerned in DepEd.
