My application for Reclassifcation from Teacher I to Teacher III was approved by DepEd RO III last May 20, 2020. In line with this, may I inquire about the status regarding the issuance its NOSCA. Thank you ver much and God Bless.

Dear Mark Julius Macale,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 02, 2021 08:40:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You are asking for the status of your NOSCA in relation to the approved ERFs by DepEd ROIII last May 20, 2020.

Please be informed that you are included in the 5th Batch of FY 2020 Approved ERFs, Master Teachers and Reclassification of Positions submitted by DepEd ROIII, however, the FY 2020 lump-sum appropriation for the purpose has already been exhausted. Hence, the NOSCA for the implementation of your approved ERF was not processed for lack of funds.

Considering that the FY 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA) was already approved under RA 11518, the Deped-Regional Office may now resubmit the request.
