Dear Sir/Mam:

Good day. I am Orelie Delas Alas and I am currently studying at the International University of Japan. I am now doing my thesis with a tentative tile: "Effects of Intergovernmental Transfers to Income: Evidence from the Philippines."

Related to this, I would like to request for the Local Budget Memorandum (LBM) for years starting 1991 to 2007 since the one that are posted and can be downloaded from the website starts from 2008 until 2021.
