This refers to your request for an update as regards the release of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) reflecting the approved implementation of your Equivalents Record Form (ERF). 

Please be informed that the processing of such requests has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.  Hence, we suggest that you coordinate directly with the concerned DBM Regional Office.
