Hi, I would like a document of specific reason on why the proposed budget for the Department of Science and Technology in F.Y. 2024 was cut in the proposed budget by the DBM. Please specify or give focus on the Philippine Science High School System cuts but please do include everything regard the proposed budget of the DOST for the F.Y. 2024.
