BALO 11:07 AM, Apr 03, 2020

Good Day Sir/Madam,

I would like to know amid the pandemic crisis faced by the country this time can the Quick Response Funds be increase or realigned from the Calamity funds? As I know 30% of calamity funds goes to quick response funds while 70% goes to disaster and preparedness. Is it possible to an LGU to realign the percentage of this funds? let's say, could they make it 50% Quick response funds and 50% disaster and preparedness? could this be possible?

Appreciate your answer as soonest.

regards,
Jhon Alfred Balo
