Thank you for your request dated Aug 19, 2022 09:13:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that as of date, several house bills have been filed in the House of Representatives (House Bill Nos. 19, 418, 3419, 4114, 4260, and 4650), which are currently pending with the Committee on Appropriations.

As to the latest copy of the proposed Budget Modernization Bill, may I kindly refer you to the PFM-PMO, secretariat lodged under the FPRB of the DBM, which is in charge of the preparation of the status reports of the PFM initiatives.
