Hi! Good day!

I was hired as a temporary employee on August 8, 2016, and been permanent on August 5, 2019. I would like to ask if I am qualified to be evaluated for the NBC 461cycle 8.

I also ask the same question to CHED.

Dear Adam Rombaoa,

Greetings!

This refers to your request for clarification  regarding the procedural guidelines on the evaluation of NBC No. 461.

As averred, you were hired as a temporary employee in CY 2016, while you became a permanent employee last August 5, 2019.  Hence, your query on whether you are qualified to be evaluated for the 8th Cycle of National Budget Circular (NBC) No.. 461.

Since your request pertains to the procedural guidelines on the evaluation process, we believe that the same is best addressed by the Commission on Higher Education.
