Thank you for your request dated Sep 13, 2021 11:02:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for your NOSCA in relation to your approved ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III 

Response to Request

Please be informed that we have not yet received your ERF from the DepEd – Regional Office (RO) VII. Hence, we advised that you coordinate with them as they are in the best position to answer your query.

May we just inform you that pursuant to the DBM ROVII and DepEd ROVII Joint Regional Memorandum Circular No. 1, 2021 dated February 18, 2021, the timeline on the submission of requests for the issuance of NOSCA for staffing modification, i.e. ERF, is from January – July 31, 2021. 

Since the deadline on the submission of request for issuance of NOSCA has already lapsed, all succeeding ERFs will be forwarded for action to our Office in FY 2022.
