Hi, i would like to request the followng documents regarding the annual budget of certain barangays and Cities for 2021 i will use it for my research and project for school purposes.

Your request

You asked for Annual Budget of certain Barangays and Caloocan City.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested for the barangays. According to the Budget Operations Manual for Local Government Units, the review of the appropriations ordinance is within the jurisdiction of the city/municipality of the specific barangay. Meanwhile, the appropriations ordinances for Caloocan City were submitted to the DBM NCR Regional Office for review. However, you may instead wish to contact the specific city and barangays for copies of the annual budgets since the documents did not originate with the DBM.
