Hi. I would like to request for the immediate release of CHED-DBM JC No. 3, s 2022. This document has been signed and approved last Oct. 18, 2022, however, this was still not available to the websites of CHED and DBM. This public document must be disseminated and should be available to public the soonest. Thanks.

1.	Dear Mr. Terano,

May we respectfully inform you that the signing and publication of CHED-DBM Joint Circular (JC) No. 3, s. 2022 took some time, hence, the signed copy was received by the DBM just recently.

Nonetheless, we would like to provide you a copy of the said CHED-DBM JC, as requested. May we also note that the uploading of the Circular in the DBM website is now in process.
