Dear Sir/Madam:
Good day. This is in connection with my PAPERS for reclass as Master Teacher 1. My papers was received by DBM NCR last June 15,2021,from DEPED NCR. I have read the DBM Citizen's Charter updated May 26,2017, and it states that the Creation/ Reclassification/ Conversion/ Upgrading of positions: the list of request with 1-10 positions shall have 3 working days and not more than 15 days for more than ten positions.
The said request was submitted last June 14,2021 and received by DBM NCR last June 15,2021. May I ask your good office the status of my NOSCA.
