I would like to follow up on the transfer of plantilla from Don Sergio Osmena Sr. MHS to Pardo NHS. This request was done since November of 2019 and yet to be approve till now. The new tracking number is RS2021-174...dated 07-jan-21..

Your Request

You inquired about status of the Request for Transfer of Plantilla Item from Don Sergio Osmeña, Sr. Memorial National Highschool to Pardo National Highschool.

Response to Request

Please be informed that official requests forwarded to our office are received through our Document Management System (DMS). Based on our records, the above-mentioned request was received by this office on February 7, 2020 per DMS Reference No. 2020-ROVII-0015694. However, the same was returned on the same day to DepEd Regional Office No. VII OIC-Regional Director Salustiano Jimenez, copy furnished Don Sergio Osmeña NHS and Pardo NHS due to lacking supporting documents.

No resubmission was received since then.

Hence, may we suggest that you coordinate with DepEd Regional Office No. VII and DepEd Division of Cebu City for your concern.
