My application for Reclassification from Teacher I to Teacher II was approved by DepEd RO3, SDO, last November 19, 2021.  In line with this may I inquire about the status of my NOSCA.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated August 23, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch regarding the issuance of NOSCA for the upgrading of your position. 

We would like to inform you that this Office already released the FY 2022 NOSCAs for the Approved ERFs, MTs and Reclassification of Positions. Upon checking on our records, we regret to inform you that your name was not included in the lists submitted by DepEd-Balanga City.

In view hereof, you may coordinate with the said Division Office as they are in the best position to answer your query.
