Good day! We would like to request for information regarding the following for an in-depth report we are working on:

1.	List of total allocations and releases made for the provinces of Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, and Isabela for CY 2012 to 2023

2.	List of approved projects for implementation for Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, and Isabela for CY 2012 to 2023

3.	Fund utilization (allocation per projects) and status of these projects for Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, and Isabela for CY 2012 to 2023

Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). 

Thank you for your request dated 19 December 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have received your request for information regarding the LGU Shares and Utilization of Excise Tax pursuant to RA 7171 and RA 8240 as amended by RA 10351, on 19 December 2023. 

However, please be informed that the DBM does not have the exact requested data thus, we have forwarded your inquiry to another agency, specifically to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). You may also coordinate and request the data directly from the LGUs concerned.

Further, attached herewith for your reference is the website link of DBM where some data may be accessed:

On the said website link, you may click the icon "Report Level" then "Provinces, Cities, Municipalities". After which, you may feed the necessary information regarding the National Tax Allotment of the location you wish to view. 

Please be informed that starting in the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the nomenclature in lieu of the term “Internal Revenue Allotment” (IRA) shall be “National Tax Allotment” (NTA) consistent with the Supreme Court Decision on the Mandanas - Garcia Case.
