Hi.  I would like to request information regarding:

1. Breakdown of the number of gadgets, including laptop, tablet, pocket wifi device, donated by each Local Government Unit (LGU) to public school students and teachers for SY 2020-2021.

2. Breakdown of Special Education Fund (SEF) spending in 2020 and 2021 for learning continuity plan, including SLM module printing, gadget procurement, etc., per LGU.

3. 2020 Special Education Fund (SEF) income per LGU.

4. 2020 Special Education Fund (SEF) spending per LGU.

5. 2020 Special Education Fund (SEF) balance per LGU.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Under DBM-DepEd-DILG Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2017, said data is being submitted by the LGUs mainly to the DepEd Central Office. Moreover, you may wish to contact the Office of the Undersecretary for Finance–Budget and Performance Monitoring (BPM) who is tasked with the said consolidation of data under DepEd Department Order No. 10, s. 2017 at 2nd Floor, Rizal Building, DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, with telephone nos.:  (02) 8633-9342 and (02) 8638-3703, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DepEd.
