Dear Mr. Tapia,

This refers to your request for a list of positions in the Plantilla of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), and the corresponding Qualification  Standards (QS) prescribed for each position.  

Under DBM Budget Circular (BC) No. 2018-4, an updated Index of Occupational Services, Occupational Groups, Classes and Salary Grades (IOS for brevity) is issued.  The IOS contains a list of classes or position titles used by government and the corresponding Salary Grade (SG) allocation.

The above BC, as well as other DBM issuances, can be accessed from our website www.dbm.gov.ph.

Conversely, the CSC  will be in a better position to give you the list of its plantilla positions, together with the QS prescribed for each position.
