Hi, I am Ernesto Llauderes III, one of the endorsed Scholar of DOST to DEPED for creation of teaching position to your office, I would like to follow up the said NOSCA if when will be the best possible time it will be released for us to prepare ourselves since I am employed in a private company as of this time.
