This refers to your request for an update on the Revised Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards (ROSS) applicable for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). 

Please be informed that there is an ongoing review  of the ROSS conducted by the DBM, together with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Philippine Association of SUCs (PASUC).
