Good day!

I would like to request the PDF documents containing the Details of DPWH Programs and Projects. I understand that some of these files are posted on the DBM website, in particular for years 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2020. 

However, I would like to request the files for most years which are not accessible: 2000 to 2015, and 2017.
