Hi this is State Auditor III, Mark Jhessu G. Chu of the Commission on Audit. I would like to request a copy of the above-mentioned circular to be used in evaluating the allowances granted  by the LGUs under my audit jurisdiction to NGA personnel assigned thereto.

Please be informed that DBM Budget Execution Guidelines (including No. 2004-1 dated January 8, 2004), are being issued to concerned DBM Offices only, to prescribe uniform rules and regulations to be adopted on certain budget execution related matters.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office cannot furnish you of the requested information since the said BEG is internal to the DBM only.
